For Shipping, orders received before 3pm are packed the same day and dispatched the next day. Orders received after 3pm are processed the next day. Delivery times may be delayed if items in your order are out of stock. The delivery charges are as follows: - Order Value Up To £9.99 - £2.50 Delivery Charge - Order Value £10-£74.99 - £5.50 Delivery Charge - Order Value £75+ - Free Delivery

For Returns, orders may be cancelled until they are picked, processed and packed. However, for orders containing cut to order fabrics, haberdashery or trimmings, the cancellation policy no longer applies once the product has been cut for your order. Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of these products, a refund or cancellation is not offered on cut to order fabric, haberdashery and trimmings from the point of cutting. For all other standard products (i.e. products not cut to order), a full refund is provided. Please contact them via email with full order details within 14 days of receipt of goods. Unless faulty, return postage costs are not covered. Monies to be refunded will be returned to your original payment method within 10 days of goods being received back by them.
